The ContractingTrust is not responsible for arbitration results.

Please make sure when you enter into the arbitration process you have all information and documents prepared as accurately as possible. Both parties are entitled to have legal representation. The prevailing party shall be entitled to be compensated for all cost related to the dispute should the arbitrator find it relavent and deserved.

If an arbitration judgement is entered and the losing party fails to comply, ContractingTrust shall compensate the prevailing party. At such time ContractingTrust shall be entitled to enforce and collect on the arbitration findings in the jurisdiction of the covered contract or agreement.
